I am rejecting this response because: Mr P [redacted] has not been in contact with me daily the last contact I had from him was November to tell me he would be back the he did not show up he did not contact meAttached is the damage his workers did to my homeFrom power washing, we never spoke of coming back to finish the power washing, in fact he told me it was the only job they had that day and they would complete it.MrP [redacted] showed up at my work to tell me that they were there working on the barnI asked how he got in my backyard as I have a lock on my privacy fence .He told me they climbed fence and unscrewed the hasp.I was anticipating them doing the repairs from the damage done from the pressure washerThe barn doors are extremely inferior and not hung properlyI am getting a estimate for the repairs to my home and the barnPer his note I have given him an opportunity to prove what he can doI would like my thousand dollars returned asapI gave him an opportunity to correct his work and it has only gotten worse Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to the complaint made by Ms*** ***, ID ***, against our companyWe were unaware that Ms*** was unsatisfied after the initial agreement that we had negotiatedWe are still willing to work with Ms*** to come to an agreement. On October 31,
2017, A Job Well Done Again did go to Ms***’s home to power wash her homeWe had let her know, when the estimate was signed by both Ms*** and MrP***, that the next rain day we would be there to power washWe did try to contact her that morning, unsuccessfullyWe did move and protect her decorations, allowing no damage to themWhen it was brought to MrP***’s attention that the job was not done to her satisfaction and that there had been some damage done MrP*** spoke with Ms*** and an agreement was reached. We continued to work on Ms***’s home, but due to weather and sickness within the company, we have not had the man power or weather to be able to finish the projectMrP*** has communicated daily with Ms***.Attached you will find the estimate that was agreed to and signed by both partiesAs you can see the total amount charged was $4,with a $2,down paymentThe project included both outside and inside work, with the inside work to be done in December A Job Well Done Again started the outside work only, which totals $1,390.00. Attached is the damage his workers did to my home. From power washing, we never spoke of coming back to finish  the power washing, in fact he told me it was the only job they had that day and they would complete it.Mr. P[redacted]  showed up at my work to tell me that they were there working on the barn. In August of 2017 Ms [redacted] contacted A Job Well Done Again and requested a list of upgrades and repairs to be done to her home. A contract was signed and a deposit was received. In October of 2017, Ms [redacted] sent a letter requesting her deposit be returned. We tried to resolve the...

issues surrounding the request and explained to Ms [redacted] that we were willing to return her deposit, but it would be returned in monthly payments. Ms. [redacted].wanted the return of the money in one payment. We are now working on the return of her deposit in one payment as she requested.
