When Melanie came in to get a corrective color she mentioned she had been coloring it herself. Her hair was many different tones and shades. She showed me a couple pictures of what color she wanted to achieve. I explained what I could do to correct the color and what the cost would be. She agreed...

and we picked the color together. When we were finished the color was the shade and tone we agreed upon. We were both happy with the results. I spent 2% hours of my time and feel that the $77 dollars she was charged was more than fair.Fantastic Sam'sHair Salon

That is the biggest lie, she wanted sandy blond came out with a black green color. The hairdresser said it would wash out. It didn't we complained she said Melanies hair was damaged that's why it didn't come out the color she asked for. Her response is completely untrue call her and ask her again and I bet you get a different answer, confront her with my statements. We talked to her, her manager the same day just after the job was done. Shortly thereafter I followed up with a call to the franchise owner he was unwilling to make a financial adjustment.
