We have had a horrible experience...nothing was as described and unorganized. Never knew where to meet our group tours. VWhen I called got nothing but excuses. Our trip was a disappointment.

My daughter and I traveled to Italy for a mother-daughter vacation and our trip was even better than we had hoped- all due to the fabulous agent- Heather C[redacted]. She worked with us to design exactly what we wanted, from the locations to the activities and stayed within our budget. In fact, she found a different tour than she had planned for us to the island of Capri that was better and less expensive. She kept in contact with me via e-mail and phone, confirmed the itinerary with us then booked it.

The quality of our tour guides was amazing! As one example, we had an archeologist give us a welcome walking tour of Rome, to include the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps- wow! All of our tour guides and experiences I would rate 10 out of 10.
