Fantastixx.com

Review: I ordered tickets through the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum website, which there eticket provider is Fantastixx.com. I never received my tickets. I left voice messages and sent emails and had no response from anyone. There was a third party involved named Official-Online-Tickets.com who sent me both a confirmation email that my payment was received and that I should be receiving tickets momentarily. I never received my tickets, and the next day that same company, Official-Online-Tickets.com emailed me apologizing and stating that I may receive a refund. I also called them and they apologized on behalf of Fantastixx.com. My complaint is Fantastixx.com not only failed to complete there only service the company provides, but also failed to communicate with there customer regarding the issue.Desired Settlement: $92.64 the amount that they removed from my account for tickets I never received.
