I did NOT want the extra $service which is why I complained in the first placeI wanted a regular mani/pedi and when I arrived, the technician tried to up sell me on the extra $serviceI said "No." And that I just wanted a regular mani/pedi at the stated price which was $The technician gave me the extra service anyway, pretending she did not know EnglishWhen I complained after getting my credit card receipt she was rude and obnoxious about it.
Apparently, this happens all the time at this salon and this practice needs to ENDIt's a bait and switch and it's wrong

Review: on Friday November 2, 2013 I went into salon asking for service for three people. 2 pedicures, 2 fill-ins, and 1 manicure. we were happy about our service until the next day when our gel acrylic was cracking and it was not supposed to do that. I called into the shop Saturday November 3rd to see if we could come in and get it fixed they said yes I did let them know that we were not able to make it in that day so I ask if sunday was ok and I was told yes again it was fine. I then called on sunday letting them know we were on the way and I was told ok it was fine. we got to the shop and they declined everything I was told that I did something to my nails not only was I being accused of damaging my nails I was denied service after I spent 220 dollars in this spa. The techs were getting upset telling us that they didn't have a manager at the shop they were arguing with me and my sister they were just plain rude. we asked for our money back and they said that they don't have any money in the shop. so now were with out service, they didn't fixing the problem. I just want my money back I was told they would fix the issues but instead they were very unprofessional in front of other customers and to the paying customers.Desired Settlement: I started off just wanting our nails fixed but after that incident on sunday November 3 2013 I just want my money back.
