My name is [redacted] representative and co-owner of Fantasy to Flesh Images I am in reply to the claim filed[redacted] as you can see by the paperwork attached we are have safe guards in place for problems when it comes to customersWith saying that the persons involved filled out a favorable question sheet after the piercing in questionI have personally discussed this issue with [redacted] (co-owner and body art professional) myself and found absolutely no issues with his workNow you have to understand we provide aftercare instructions and sell h20cean products which are top in our industry As bad as we feel for this client we cannot control the healing process and if the piercing was not taking care of properly they can get an infection however; as you can see again in the attached picwe use nothing but sterilized equipment from the companies they are ordered from we do NOT nor have we ever reused needles...now as for the jewelry we use surgical steel as required by law and state and federal health deptregulations...as far as this clients problem we have absolutely no responsibility for her infection or her abscess or cellulitisThere is in no way we could cause the latter of the ....now as far as our shop we are certified,licensed and health department approved and are inspected on a regular basis...now as far as our standing and complaint file...its very low and we have a star rating on the internet (feel free to google us)....now I believe with the paperwork and the pictures of our needles and the fact that we have the backing of the health department and a question sheet filled out by the client(s) we can and have proven that without a doubt we are absolutely not at fault...as for the phone conversation [redacted] tried to answer as professional as possible, however I am sure you know sometimes you cant please people so if the client feels that he was in anyway rude or disrespectful" for that "we apologize.We would appreciate this claim removed from your site and closed, thank you for your advanced understanding on this issue [redacted] ***
