I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** is not licensed to prepare taxes Her work is at the least incompetent and she is not honest as she had told me she would charge $for her services When I asked if she could file an "innocent spouse" form, she stated "yes, that is easy." However, she failed to tell me that she was going to charge me an additional $to fill out the form *** is saying that I made the mistake, but I have yet to see where I did wrong Work of this individual, in my experience, is incompetent and she is not a licensed professional Do not do business with her She will offer to come to you, as you can see she is complaining about having to drive to my home when she clearly suggested this was a service she offers Beware of this business.

I am responding to a claim. for our business. It is may 08 and I am just receiving the notice because it was mailed to the wrong address.  I am a tax preparer that completed this return.  I not only was not disclosed all of her tax issues over the phone but traveled to her home twice...

to pick up and deliver which was 30 miles from our office.  I told her we needed the Social security cards for her children and she did not have them.  I advised her that we really needed the cards to verify.  I told her our policy is we will let you write them down but we will not to take liability from us.  SO she did and she wrote one wrong.  I entered the information  and it came back a reject.  Without going into any further information because I can not.  Even though it was a mistake she made and she knows she did it.  I have already corrected it and sent her the forms and instructions for her to mail it.  She was a very difficult client and demanding more services she did not pay for.  She got a 400 return for 190 and I am not willing to refund any of her money. She was upset because I put a stop to giving her free services because I  have other clients. [redacted]FanTAXtic TAX
