Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They are the ones that are lying, they are the dirty scam buisness peopleI have my Invoice that clearly states the other wheelsthe XXRThere are no revisions or changes ever made on my be behalfI will send the Invoice again And the the wheels I ReceivedExhibit A is my invoice that clearly states the terms of the contract that nothing must be changed and that it is all FINALEand they violated and broke thatI will also be sending Exhibit B of the wheels they put on my carNote the price being a cheaper than my original purchaseAlso Exhibit C is the XXR rims I should of got but never didIts all a scam for more money Regards, [redacted]

My Name is *** from Fantazy Motorsports,
Regarding the complaint filed by Mr***, on 10/16/the gentleman came into our store looking for wheels and we spent about hours to find a wheel that he liked, by the time he decided on a wheel that he liked
it was too late in the day to call and confirm fitment and availability, the following morning we attempted to call the manufacture to order the wheel that was sold to him and we were advised by the manufacture that that specific model wouldn't fit his vehicle properly, so then we called the customer (Mr***) and explained to him the situation and offered him other options via email with exact pictures of the wheels, then Mr*** had choose one of the options and that is exactly what we had ordered for him and that is also the very wheel that is on his car today, the customer then called us and stated that the second wheel he choose is not to his liking, I asked him if we had made a mistake or was that the wheel he decided on, and the customer had confirmed that it was the wheel he choose! then he changed his statement immediately to (this is not the wheel I ordered) and then he said ( I know this was my second choice but I changed my mind )
I advised the customer that wheels are not the type of items that can be returned once installed, and that is why I sent him an email with more options with detailed pictures and the options were numbered through to make it easy for him, I also told him that if there was an error on our end or if we had ordered the wrong wheel, color or fitment then we would take full responsibility and either exchange it or accept a return on it, but this was not the case, the customer had clearly choose that specific wheel and we have emails from him to prove that, also we have a disclaimer on all of our invoices stating that all sales are finale and it talks specifically about the return policy on wheels and tires and that once they are installed we wouldn't be able to return them according to Manufacture's return policies on all wheels and tiresi hope I explained the situation properly and that its clear where the problem is herei have also offered him to put his original wheels back on and to try to sell the new wheels for him at no cost but he refused and insisted on creating a big issuewe have excellent customer service rating across all social media and review websites and we are always extremely helpful and never quit till our customers are happy and our years of business and excellent reviews will show that, but im not sure what would be a proper approach here given that the customer was advised beforehand that wheels can not be returned once they are installed and that he also got exactly what he orderedlet me know if you need me to forward you his signed invoiceThanks

Mr. [redacted], I'm not sure how to respond to this false information and the persistent lies, we have proof on camera with voice and via email that Mr Sandoval Agreed for the adjustment to those very wheels that he has on his vehicle today and the same ones that he claims we never showed him on, we also have the revised signed invoice for the new wheels, it doesn't make any sense! Let me know if you need a copy of those proofs. Thanks

Review: I Purchased new rims from a place called fantazy motorsports. After being promised a product that I ordered and signed for. The people at this establishment decide to put on a different product.Not the one I purchased. After letting them know that this is not what I ordered. they refuse to refund me or even exchange the product (4 set car rims). this is a complete scam. They are Misleading a sale. Claiming it to be one thing when it clearly is not. I have a signed receipt for the product I ordered. you can look at the wheels and see for yourself and examine that. They are not the same product that I ordered. This is a huge scam this business is trying to do upon me. I will be sending my receipt with the product I ordered the XXR 530 rims and I will be sending the product I received in the attachment below. thank you for your time to read this. I greatly appreciate it.Desired Settlement: At this point for them to put on a different product on my car. And not the one I ordered and signed for I just want all my money back. All of my $1,132.75 dollars that I paid for. that includes installation rims and any other fees such as taxes as well.
