AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST FANXCHANGEI PURCHASED TICKETS FOR THE LAST LAKER GAME THAT KOBE BRYANT WILL BE PLAYING IN, GAVE ALL MY CREDIT CARD INFO, AMOUNT WAS ON HOLD AND THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AS THE SELLER SAID THEW SEATS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLEI CALLED AND ASKED FOR COMPARABLE SEATS AS MY SON REALLY WANTED TO SEE THIS AND THEY WOULD NOT HELPI KNOW THEY STILL HAD THESE SEATS AND ONCE HIS RETIREMENT WAS ANNOUNCED RESOLD THEM AT A MUCH HIGHER AMOUNT THAN WHAT WE PAIDEXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I AM SO UPSET AT THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED, NEVER AGAIN, THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED AND FINED FOR DOING THIS!

*** - my daughter bought Pittsburg Steeler tickets for my birthday back on April 5th for a Nov 12th gameTheir site says tickets are GUARANTEED (I think the word guaranteed only has one meaning in the English language)Obviously, the tickets she bought and was promised became "unavailable" with less than hours before game time Please keep in mind two of us traveled from CA and two of us traveled from UT for the game in PittsburghShe even CONFIRMED tickets one week prior to all of us traveling!!I I totally UNDERSTAND that issues arise dealing with third parties - but shouldn't businesses have contingency plans??!! Ultimately they supplied "tickets similar" (their words) - but Brenden, their customer service rep said "your tickets are now unavailable, we have these tickets or you can cancel your order" with less than hours to game time!!! Brenden was a total *** on the phoneKeep in mind they had other tickets on THEIR web site for the game but were unwilling to supply those tickets as replacementI was appalled by the poor customer service and attitude by Brenden - I called Shawn (a partner in the company) relayed my disappointment and never received a call back*** ***

I purchased two tickets to the Peach Bowl through FanXChange. I received a confirmation email that my tickets had been purchased and my credit card was authorized. Later I received an email from FanXChange stating that my order had been cancelled because the tickets were no longer available. I went to the website to find that the same tickets were still listed but the sale price was now listed as $40 more per ticket. I called the FanXChange customer service number and talked to a representative [redacted]. He showed no concern over this obviously unfair business practice. [redacted]
