I Have never requested service with this company. I believe someone has been using my email.
I have attached two snapshots of the emails they have sent me. The email does not include my personal information, only my email. I received this email approximately 2300 May 15th 2018. The first email I received from them requested $500 for services I did not render. I was told by Ms. Sullivan that I would no longer recieve these emails and that it was a mistake. Here we again, with an even bigger invoice for a service I did not render, again. Simulataneously, I receieved a survey from the same company by Alexa F. I do not understand why this situation hasn't been resolved and this feels like harassment. Someone help.
I no longer wish to be contacted from this company. I would like to be removed from their mailing list as guarunteed by Ms. S approximately 6 months ago. It does not make sense that I keep receiving emails of invoices for services I never rendered. If I did, they would have addressed the bill to my personal information not "Soul Swag."

I sincerely apologize that her wishes were not honored at the time of her initial request. Please know that this occurred as a genuine mistake and in no way meant to intentionally disrespect the individual's request. Customer care has always been a core value for FOS and that has allowed us to rely 100% on referrals and relationships for business growth. We take the customer experience seriously. Our company provides technology support and at the beginning of the year we experienced an explosion of business when we partnered with a few, very large property management companies. The exponential growth that followed caused our communications and organization to suffer and we regret any negative consequences our clients may have experienced as a result of that growth. We have taken strong action to regain order in our communications and overall organization. In January we upgraded to a business management software program that serves as a hub for all interdepartmental communications. Along with that we have implemented procedures for using the software so that all services provided and all communications with clients, including contact information and requests to be removed from communications lists, are required to be noted and updated immediately. We have found that streamlining communication through a single database with interdepartmental access has brought much needed transparency and effectiveness to our business operations. Inconclusion our management team has confirmed that the contact information for the individualhave been completely removed from our system and they will not receive any additional communications from Far Out Solutions going forward. Please allow me to express once again our sincerest apologies for the individuals experience reported to you. I just hope they understand the stress accompanied with receiving multiple invoices for services never rendered. I apologize for having to report this company to Revdex.com, however I did warn them I would if the invoices continued. Hopefully this will be our last interaction!
