business for 19 years, and have never had to deal with a situation of this sort.We did install a geothermal unit for this customer. We sub-contracted the geothermal loop out. As with anything else in life, things can happen. The customer called saying that something was wrong with her unit. Brad went on several occasions and found nothing wrong with the inside geothermal unit but found pressures in the loop to be low. We then had the sub-contractor to go and inspect his work. He stated that he found and repaired a small leak on a clamp. We thought the problem was taken care of, because we heard nothing more until about four months later,She began to call and text again. She was always rude.Brad returned to her home and found that the system was losing water again. We also had a technician, from American Standard, go to her home. He found nothing wrong with the inside geothermal unit, but the pressures were low on the loop. Therefore another leak must be present. Brad then installed an automatic fill valve and back flow check valve so that the system would stay up and running until the leak could be found and repaired.We called the sub-contractor to schedule for him to go fix the problem. Because he already had his schedule full, and the weather conditions, we had to wait on a time for him to go.In the meantime, she called Brad at 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m in the morning, on many, many occasions she has cursed him and been totally disrespectful. Brad's wife had to finally text and tell her to quit calling and texting at such ridiculous hours. She demanded that we do something, and she wasn't willing to wait on the sub-contractor, so we hired someone to go to do the digging. She would not wait for the weather to cooperate, so the digging was done. Since she would not wait, the digging was done in mud and water. She was told that it would be a mess, but she didn't care. She wanted it done. The leak has been fixed and filled with methanol and water. We agreed to fill the hole, but no one will do it until the ground is solid.We did not leave the hole uncovered. It was covered with plywood. If the plywood is missing, someone other than us, has removed it. The pipes that she is referring to are to be buried when the hole is filled in. They are required, as a precautionary measure for the geothermal loop.We have someone contracted to fill the hole with dirt, when the ground is strong enough to hold the equipment without doing any damage to the property or their equipment.Since she has been so rude to Brad, I thought it might be better if I tried to handle the situation. I also do all of the scheduling so it just made sense. She became totally irate from the very beginning of our conversation. I simply told her that I am a Christian and I won't tolerate cursing and that I would not curse her. I just wanted to resolve the situation. Not at any time did I call her names or insinuate that she was or was not a Christian.She has slandered our name and reputation on social media. I have tried, but just can't reason with her- I will not respond on social media.I am hopeful that the weather will cooperate and this can be resolved soon.I have included a picture and explanation of how the geothermal loop is installed, so that there will be an understanding for finding and repairing a leak.Sincerely, Pansy [redacted]

In regards to the latest response from Crothersville  Heating and cooling,  I understand the ground situation now however it's been 25 weeks and they have had several opportunities to fix this situation.  Therefore I will believe it when it is done.  Their response still Does NOT address the grass seed, straw or payment for my cost in this matter.  This is just more of an example of how they have not been willing to fix the problems so we can all move on.Once these issues are addressed and agreed upon I will be more than happy to put this pass us all.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The response recieved from the company was one not from the person I dealt with in the company.  His name is Brad [redacted]  the person who responded knows little about what was done or said in the situation.    In her response she is trying to make this person and it is not it is business.  Brad is not having to deal with me, who she said was rude,  to respond to a letter to the business bureau.   This is just the same kind of run around I received from this business for almost 2 years in trying to get my heating and cooling system fixed.   Even in her letter there is no mention of ANY resolve to a solution.  My yard has been a mess for 18 weeks now.    Her last response was they did not have anyone to fix it and would have to find someone in the spring.    The story changes with every interaction.  therefore.
1:  Interaction needs to be with Brad
2:  I want payment for the cost of getting my yard fixed including grass seed
3.  I want payment for the amount it has cost me during the delay in getting my unit fixed.
I have recorded phone calls about how the sub-contractor did not have the money to back the warrenty and Brad admitting it was his responsibility in the end.
I have recorded phone conservations of Brad saying how he was busy with people who didn't have heat or cooling and how mine was temportary fixed by hocking it up to my water line
I have 10 phone conservation in all of repeated excuses of how it was going to be taken care of and of why it was being put off yet again.  They did finally call in American standard as a consult.  It took another 3 weeks saying he was coming to look at the unit but was busy.  after that time he ended up on a phone conservation with Brad and pictures being taken and sent to him by phone.  It took another 4 weeks to have it fixed after that with more phone conservation about how the sub contractor was having surgery and did not have the money to back his warrentity.    I never said Brad did not come down , I said the unit was NOT fixed in a reason amount of time.  a year and a half is just too long.  I have phone conservation where Brad admitted what was wrong with the unit to me and again it would always come back to not wanting to put out the money because they were afraid they would not get it returned from the company, plus the cost of the digging was on them.  Brad repeatly told me about how much he had to pay for the backhoe work.  My dad did backhoe work his whole life so I know about the cost.  
In reply to texting in middle of night,  I also received text messages in middle of night from Brad asking about guage level, saying he could not sleep.  and yes I did reply to them and texted when unit was down and we were cold.  I have my mom living with me with a heart condition which Brad was aware of.   Once again if this had been taken care of properly none of this would have been necessary.  This is also true of fixing the yard,  She stated the pipes are to be buried well it has already been closed up and pipes were left on the top of ground.  she does not know enough to even know what she is talking about.  I have pictures of it which have been posted on FB.  The need dirt is from it being left open too long, as YOUR hired guy said , BRAD knows better than to do this.  
I also have over 100 text messages from Brad about the situation which also stated the time line of when they are coming to fix it and the many excuses of why it did not happen.  The text talk about the sub-contractor lack of money to cover the warrentiy,  I have the exact dates and times that Brad said he would be there and did not come and what he did when he did come which involved adding water to the lines and then saying he need to do the same test again to prove a leak.  they added water every time even though the lines required a gas to work property but gas was expensive to add to lines.  The list goes on and on about how the service and how it affect my cost due to it not being fixed property and a bandaid being put on it as to not have to put out the needed money to fix the unit correctly,
One again they are putting off taking care of business and trying to put the focus on me instead of why the work is not done.
If this is not resolved here, I WILL POST ON FB, TWITTER, LOCAL PAPERS, NEWS, AND FILE IN COURT.
MY AMOUNTS WILL INCREASE TO COVER THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY COST INCLUDING COURT COST AND LAWYER COST.
I WILL NOT ENTAIN ANY RESPONSE THAT IS NOT FROM BRAD.Regards,[redacted]
