They should have put the earring in correctly so it did not fall out! They should replace missing earring that I am still making payments on!!! I was forced into buying earring by Taylor (illegible words)

I was told the reason the warranties were voided were not because my rings were soldered together but because another jeweler was the one that did it. Now I'm being punished because I didn't buy verragio bands? This is unacceptable. Further, I am not paying to recast my ring when this was Farah's mistake to begin with. Of course *** doesn't "remember" telling me that. I have a witness that was there with me when she told me that, plus I'm sure you can pull the security tapes. This is what I need to be happy: Recast my ring, free of charge to myself (Farah should take the loss as this was their mistake), and solder my bands back to the new ring (since I was told that I could have them soldered together, but an authorized Verragio dealer had to do it), and I will have both the Verragio warranty (since they "stand behind their products") and the lifetime warranty I paid for through Farah Jewelers. I have the warranty I was given at time of purchase and no where does it state that if another jeweler touches my ring it voids both warranties (I asked just incase and was told it was ok and nothing would be voided) and that I can only have Verragio bands soldered to my Verragio engagement ring. We can't make things up as we go Farah. My lawyer will be contacting you if this does not get resolved

Thank you for reaching out to us with this complaint We are going to address the problem and hopefully be able to come to a resolution, as a happy customer is our #goal First of all I understand your frustration and am going to do everything in my power to resolve the problem
Our jewelers protection plan and the lifetime warranty through Verragio covers any thing that should happen to your Verragio ring that was purchased from Farah Jewelers, as long as the ring has not been altered in anyway by any jeweler or jewelry company not employed by Farah Jewelers, or certified with VerragioWhen you purchased your bands through *** Jewelers and then decided to have the bands soldered to your Verragio ring by a jeweler at *** Jewelers that voided your warranty and jewelers protection plan It would be impossible for us to now warranty and protect your Verragio ring after it has been worked on by someone not employed by our company or certified with Verragio I have spoken with *** as you state that *** informed you that it would be fine to have it done at ***'s *** does not remember telling you that and honestly would not have been authorized to approve such work.I have communicated with Verragio as I know you have also reached out to them regarding your warranty I know that they have explained the same thing to you, and also have a live chat and FAQ section on their website where you can get any warranty information you are looking for At this time you would be able to have a complete warranty on your ring through Verragio and also re-instate your jewelers protection plan with Farah Jewelers We would need to have your ring re-cast with Verragio, and the charge for doing that would be $ That is actually our cost and Verragio as authorized us to be able to pass that on to you Your bands because they are not Verragio bands would not be able to be soldered to your Verragio ring.Thank you and we look forward to being able to rectify this situation

Good Evening,I have contacted Mrs. [redacted] and left her a voicemail, we are more than willing to work with her to handle this situation.  We will need to discuss the wedding bands and inspect her current ring before proceeding.  If we are able to have a new Verragio ring made for her it will not be possible to have her wedding bands soldered to her Verragio ring, as they are not our product and we are unable to warranty something that is not our product.  Verragio will not warranty her ring with another manufacturers band soldered to the Verragio ring either.I will wait for Mrs. [redacted] response to proceed.  Thank you

We appreicate Ms. [redacted] response.  Ms. [redacted] bought .75ct diamond earrings along with the ring on the day of her purchase.  Her ring was sized to fit her finger taking the normal 2 weeks that it takes our jeweler, and she was informed that at the time of purchase.  We also...

discounted not only the earrings but the ring, but being that she is a valuable customer we have done everything possible to accomidate her complaint and have refunded the money on the ring minus a 25% restocking fee.
The delay in this communication has come as she was communicating directly with us along with the Revdex.com.  Thank you for your time, we look forward to working with Ms. [redacted] for all of her jewelry needs.

Revdex.com: The owner [redacted] contacted me herself and they are going to have verragio make me a new ring free of charge. She told me verragio will not warranty my ring if my bands are soldered toIt but Farrah would keep their warranty if that's something I decided to do. I appreciate her being up front with me about these questions, since the last time I asked them I got mis information. I will not be soldering my bands to the ring if it voids the verragio lifetime warranty. However, [redacted] is going to discuss with her jeweler to see if there is something we can do to prevent the bands from twisting allThe time (which is why I had them soldered in the first place) My new ring should be in in about 6-8 weeks. 
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
