Review: I asked [redacted] to "touchup some loose stitching in a couple of areas" of my Winter boat cover. The cover was used three seasons and some of the stitching came loose. He billed me $538.When asked why he was charging so he said he "Replaced all the stitching" on the whole cover.He should have called me before expanding the scope of my request beyond a "touchup" repair job. .He sarcastically responded ,"I sorry your unhappy bring the cover back and I'll "remove all the new stitching"!I feel that Farrah Sailmakers took advantage by performing unnecessary work.. He should have informed me before expanding the scope of the job.Desired Settlement: They should adjust the charge to $250.
