5 stars rating on every platform. We can assure you that we provided the service requested by plaintiff and went above and be hound to satisfy them. We provide warranty on our repairs except cracks, physical damages or water damage. It clearly shows on the receipt that was signed by Mr. [redacted] on 9/17/2017 @10:48am after we repaired his device. We do have him on cameras. SIX DAYS later on,Saturday 9/23/17, [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] visited the store. They stated "our phone was repaired on Sunday and today while the phone was in my hands, I noticed that the screen popped out and cracked all over." So plaintiff statement is untrue about "24 hours later their device broke" more like 6 days later. We give the customer the repair cost to get the device repaired, but the customer demanded it wasn't her fault that it cracked. we reminded mr [redacted] who was next to her, at the time of repair, we told him cracks are not covered under our warranty. No repair company will cover cracks after repair. The receipt given to mr [redacted] clearly states that “cracks after repair voids warranty” so their statement ,“ developed 4 cracks within 24 hours without being dropped once” is totally false. We offered the [redacted] a discount to fix their device but Mr. [redacted] started yelling and giving threats to destroy our business which is totally unacceptable and rude. But regardless of time frame,when a customer hold their repaired device and leave our premises,they are responsible for their device. Our warranty does not cover cracks, it covers touch issues,touch screen sensitivity, black outs, and no touch. We are in this business to repair crack devices not warranty cracks or we will be out of business.We will continue to address every review on every platform they leave us.
