David is correct that the app was not finding a driver which could have been due to many reasons out side of the apps control, like poor network or GPS connection Then David requested a ride more times, of which was successful and he was charged $Every time a ride is requested we issue a Temporary Authorization for the estimated cost of the trip, to ensure the funds are availableSince David requested times, he should have seen temporary authorziationsThen once he cancelled the trips, they were automatically released, see screenshotThe trip that was completed, we captured the actual cost of the trip from the temporary authorization and refunded the difference, see screenshot.We reached out to David and gave him $in ride credits but there was no reason for a refund since these were temporary authorizations and since the trip was in fact completed and the driver needs to be paid out If we need to provide further information, please let us knowBest Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution shows poor customer serviceThey claim they took "action" to deal with the driver who "accepted" my ride request but never showed up to pick up my elderly mother in-law at 1am at the airportWhat action did they take? I have no idea if any and at this point, I am ok not caring about it anymoreI will never use their service againIt's deleted from my phone. For Complaint ID #[redacted]  we had already responded to the customer via our support channel. The customer was not charged as it was just a authorization that was released. The driver was reprimanded and we took the necessary actions to rectify the issue. We did not see this complaint...

we issue a Temporary Authorization for the estimated cost of the trip, to ensure the funds are available. Since David requested 4 times, he should have seen 4 temporary authorziations. Then once he cancelled the trips, they were automatically released, see screenshot. The trip that was completed, we captured the actual cost of the trip from the temporary authorization and refunded the difference, see screenshot.We reached out to David and gave him $30.00 in ride credits but there was no reason for a refund since these were temporary authorizations and since the trip was in fact completed and the driver needs to be paid out.  If we need to provide further information, please let us know. Best Regards,

The customer completed a trip using our application on June 17 at 2:50 pm. The customer was originally charged $66.50, which was an overcharge. Our customer service department adjusted the mileage fee accordingly on June 21 at 5:30 pm. The customer was refunded $45.34.If their was/ is something else...

that needs to be addressed, we certainly want to hear about it. Thank You!
