AS FOR THE COMPLAINT FROM MRS S [redacted] C***SHE AND HER HUSBAND CAME IN N HER LUNCH BREAK TO GET HIM RIMS AND TIRES BECAUSE SHE HAD SLASHED HIS LAST TIRESI TOLD THEM THAT IF HE WAS GONNA BE IN POSSESSION OF THE MERCHANDISE THAT I HAD TO ALSO PUT HIM ON THE CONTRACT AS WELLSHE AGREED WITH THAT AND SAID IT WAS FINE I DID DISCUSS THE PAYMENT S WITH HER TOLD HER THEY WOULD BE ANYWHERE FROM TO A WEEK SHE SAID THAT WAS FINE BUT DIDNT REALLY LOOK HAPPY ABOUT ITMRS CHASE SIGNED A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND I INFORMED HER THEN THAT IF SHE DID NOT MAKE HER PAYMENT BEFORE SATURDAY HER CARD WOULD BE DRAFTEDI DID EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO HER HUSBAND BECAUSE SHE LEFT AND WENT BACK TO WORKAS FAR AS US TELLING HER BUSINESS OR NOT COMING TO GET THE MERCHANDISE WE WENT OUT TO HER PROPERTY FOUR TIMES AND THE CAR WAS BEHIND A FENCE THAT WE COULD NOT GO INTO WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWERMRS C [redacted] CUSSED EVERYONE OF MY EMPLOYEES SEVERAL TIMES ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONSI AM APOLOGETIC TO HER OVER DRAFT CHARGES BUT SHE DID SIGN THE CREDIT AUTHORIZATION ALLOWING US TO DRAFT THE PAYMENT BY SATURDAY

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] Regards, S [redacted] C*** I sent you a copy of my email telling them not to run my credit card again and once again they did I have my bank statement to prove it and let me go back and check my phone records im sure I have the phone information showing I called their office that first Monday when the first payment over drafted my account and me telling her not to run it againbut I guess it doesnt matter one way or the other you will believe the company before believing me and I'm providing all m documents that I haveHe was not my husband and not one time did I ever say he was my husbandI located my phone records please take a look when I notice the payment hit my account on 9/30/i called the office she told me I would have to call back I called back several time sometime I left message on answering mach and never got a return calli work in collection and I am not sure what days I even called from my work number but I talked to a guy there and plainly had to tell him my call was monitored and recorded and he knows that I told him also not to run my card again and they still did..I think this is unfair and they should be made pay me those funds backI told them over and over to come get the tire and she told me that her district manager told her as long as they had my card on file they will run itI had to go cancel the card because I knew if I didnt she would run it again and she did that why she was so upset this last timenot one time did I say not to come get the tire or I was keeping them from them If you need anything else please let me know, but I will go ahead and seek an attorney consultation and see what else can be done if its not resolved

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]........Here is the email me asking for a copy of the contract to be sent to me she never ever discussed any payment amount with me, and nor di she ever respond and send me what I asked forhere are the other emails that I had sent her telling her not to debit my account if m*** didnt come and pay to come to my house and get the tiresthe other side of my home was not fenced in thats how her employee got them off was by going to the other side which he should have done the first time when he went out when there was a yr old at my house, in the state of south carolina the law considers her an adult and he should have went back there and got the tires instead of debiting my account againI want my refund back plus the $that my bank charged meshe had no right telling anyone of my references she was taking a warrant for me if the tires were not given back.

MRS C*** DAUGHTER TOLD MY EMPLOYEE THAT SHE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM TAKING THE MERCHANDISE OFF WHILE HER PARENTS WERE NOT AT HOMEWE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ANY MONEY TO MRS C*** AT THE BEGINNING SHE TOLD US THAT WE COULD DISCUSS EVERYTHING WITH HER HUSBAND WHICH WE DID HE GOT A COPY OF THE CONTRACT THAT DAY IF THEIR WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PAYMENT THEN SHE SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US THE NEXT DAY INSTEAD THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY MRS C*** MADE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND THEN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AFTER THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND UNFORTUNATELY SHE SIGNED THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM ALLOWING US TO DRAFT HER CREDIT CARDAGAIN I DO APOLOGIZE FOR HER INCONVENIENCE BUT WE WERE VERY PUNCTUAL IN EXPLAINING ALL DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT TO HER HUSBAND AS SHE HAD ADVISED US TO DO THAT DAY ON HER LUNCH BREAK

We had a conversation with Mrs.[redacted] and explained our company policy on placing orders for tires we have a $26.50 fee for ordering original equitment tires, and after I had explained that to her by phone she made the comment of if we needed the money that bad to...

just go ahead and keep the remaining $23.50 and she would never come back here again.Therefor we thought the issue was resolved by the customer by telling us to keep the money, if she would like she can come into our location to talk to us we would be more than happy to see if there is some resolution that we can provide her.
