It is unfortunate [redacted] was unhappy with her hair service at Chill Salon It is my understanding that she was aware that the corrective color service would require more than one step at our Salon to achieve the desired color It is also unfortunate that she chose to go to another Salon to try to "repair the color or damaged hair as she stated" We have no idea what services she had at the other Salon, or what condition her hair was in because we were not given the opportunity [redacted] never contacted the salon directly to talk about her hair prior to going to another Salon We guarantee our services, not that, of other Salons I would be more than happy to refund her money on the products purchased if she wishes to return them Thank You, Lisa [redacted] Chill Salon

I am rejecting this response because: There is confusion and misinformation about the situation from the owner , and not once, did she reach out to ME after learning there was an issue from her staff memberNo attempt to get a better understanding nor continue to remedy what was going on. She mistaken that this was about color vsdamage.In actuality, my hair was so extremely burned and over processed it broke off by handfuls that night. So bad I was at the salon at 9:30AM where the stylist said "I can't even wash your hair I am going to leave the oil in and cut to see if we can get ahead of all this". My hair was like corn silk or wet noodles, from EXTREME over processing chemically of hair. I have many photos of the extent of hair burned. This was not minor.I went to other salons for opinions and both hesitant, only agreed to cut it all off, that there was nothing to do. The salon I was referred to was a former year career teacher of Horst (Aveda) Institute who stated I had one of the worst situations she had seen in a while. MOST of my hair cut off, layered to cover up & devastating. I had clarifying, Keratin treatment called Emergency, followed by a restructuring & deep conditioning. This was about severe over processing/damage that caused EXTENSIVE hair loss. Money back the right thing to do. Chill Salon doesn't nor offered emergency treatments. I have saved ALL correspondences, not once did Mgmt., or owner reach out to me, but I know the stylist and owner had a discussion and assumed they were practicing their business protocol. I did exactly what was told and in good faith of the professional advice. It will not put their local business under to do the right thing. P.S. I have as I mentioned extensive photos and I do not know why I can't attach them here, please resend a link or an email address I can put with the case number to provide you with them.
