The patio door in question is manufactured with the exterior door color at the meeting rail area where there is weather stripping.The customer has been told repeatedly that this is due to certain damage that would occur through door operation to the wood grain laminate.Customer refused explanation from manufacturer and refused to allow North Coast Builders to finish installation and repairs to door.Matching wood grain trim was purchased from manufacturer and refused by customersno questions were asked by customer at point of sale about any specific area of door that would not have laminatethis specific area of door has an industry standard.We ask that the customer allow us to finish door installation and any needed repairs necessaryThank you
