Review: Complaint about fargo insuranceAbout 4 weeks ago my mortage co contacted me with concerns about coverage on my home owners policy. I called fargo which was my agent for another company. My mortgage co paid out approx $1200, however it was never applied and they pocketed the money and my home owners insurance was canceled for 1 yr. Now I was placed on lender placed insurance for that yr with a yearly cost of $2000.With this not being my fault I now have to pay out additional cost of $800 they would not help or even pay half the cost they caused me to pay. They gave me a check for $1200 and I found another compident company to provide me with home owners insurance. I believe this company is defrauding people and want the public to be aware of their backward practicesDesired Settlement: I want the cost of the difference for not having insurance in the amount of $800 paid to me and then I will retract this complaint. Because this company came off unprofessional and not willing to assist me in a professional manor I want this financal burden to be on fargo insurance.
