As I mentioned during our telephone call, I did not receive any notifications prior to this current week, otherwise I would have responded to this complaint much sooner We actually spoke with this customer & attempted to resolve the matter but were somewhat unsuccessful due to the following reasons We asked Mr [redacted] to send over the invoice he had from the other companyMr [redacted] sent a copy of an invoice with most if the information blacked out making it very hard to determine much of anything We also contacted the company that was out there to attempt to gather some information from them however they were unwilling to cooperate in discussing the invoice informationWe asked that Mr [redacted] forward a clear copy of the invoice with all of the information and he did not want to do thatWe then followed up with the customer again, & I actually spoke with him and asked him to send over the invoice however his attachment does not open, I told him this and asked him to fax or mail it to me and he said he did not have access to a fax machine I am willing to consider refunding Mr [redacted] if in fact we missed something or misdiagnosed something but I need to be provided with the proof that a refund is due Sincerely, [redacted] WHL Enterprises Inc., T/A Bill Leary A/C & Heating Green StreetMetuchen, NJ
