Farhat Medical Clinic

I went in oct of 2019 to establish dr farhat as a family doctor for me I looked him up and he is a provider for *** insurance wich I have but after the visit I get a bill from *** for 1700$ I was confused cause I hadnt been there but I found out that camc is dr farhats lab and they are not a provider for *** how can a routine dr visit end up costing 2000 no one told me this and it is not right that they can do this the doctor office told me today 01/30/2019 that this is not there problem I should have know because it was posted that camc is there lab and I said I wouldnt have known better how would I? I do know but this is not right
