Dear Revdex.com, In response to the complaint, ID# FARIAS CONSTRUCTION, INC. The customer *** *** complaint / issues are not warranted I went to the customers home to fix a leaky kitchen sink ONLYI went after hours at
pm as a personal favor since we are business associates. When I was at the residence I was asked by *** to repair two dripping sinks, so I agreedI went to the hardware to purchase the materials for the repair and proceeded with the repairs(Note: I did not state that I would give nor did I leave a store receipt for materials) After finishing the repairs, I did not rush out of their home as stated in the complaintI spent an additional minutes or more, explaining how to repair other plumbing issues that he did not want to spend money on repairingSuch as the bathroom sink drain assembly and the water heater making loud noises. The shower faucet was never to be repaired because when asked, they did not have enough funds to repair it being that it would cost $to repair and change the cartridge. 4.When *** called to complain that he wanted his money back for repairs of the two dripping faucets, I offered to go back to take a look to see if anything was defective with the parts, and if so I would replace them at my expense*** stated that his wife only wanted the full refund back of $that I charged for parts and laborAs he called several times and harassing me to give his money back I had stated that I would call his wife to set an appointment to resolve any issues, and again he refused Finally he called another time to set up an appointment to go to his home on a Saturday when he was going to be there, and then cancelled because he had another friend that was suppose to do repairs.
