Samuel *** Ok I wanna ask a question if my van had issues already there is no way u could of did the repairs or adjustments u said u done adjusting the valves and timing and I asked u were my push rods bent u told me No when u check them so just like *** said when he did the repairs the push rods were over tighten and thats what caused the push rods to bend damaging the valves and *** gave me of them that was bent and brian at *** *** replaced them for me and he said the timing was off also so Also U told me how u adjusted the push rod u said u did one full turn the a half of turn and thats is Incorrect thats not the proper way to adjust the vortec engine rockers its only one way and *** / Brian gave me a print out of the correct way to do the adjustments and I tried to show it to u and u said u didnt wanna see it u know what u was doing and when I gave u the money when I picked up my van u didnt offer me a reciept then and when I dropped off my van before I went to work that morning before u even looked at it why farkas auto /Bill didnt give me a copy of the work order with a estimate of what was getting dont or the repairs he was gonna to perform I thought all customers get a written estimate

YES I RECOMMENDED THE VAN TO BE TOWED OUT OF HERE IF HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ITTHE WAY IT WAS RUNNING IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOWED IN HEREIT RAN ON DIFFERENT WHEN IT LEFT HERE THAN WHEN IT CAME HEREHE IS SAYING HE COULDNT DRIVE IT OUT OF HERE BUT, HE DID DRIVE IT OUT OF HEREALL I DID WAS MAKE A RECCOMNDATION. WE NEVER TOLD MR*** THAT HIS VALVES NEEDED A VALVE ADJUSTMENT, HE TOLD US SOMEONE DID HEADS ON THE VAN AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ADJUST VALVES OR TIMING PROPERLY AND ASKED US TO ADJUST THEMFOR HOW THE VAN RAN CAMING IN DAMAGE PROBABLY ALREADY EXSISTED DUE TO DRIVING WITH VALVES NOT ADJUSTEDAS I SAID IT WAS NO BETTER OR NO WORSE. FOR HIM TO SAY WE DID NOT ADJUST VALVES RIGHT HE WAS NOT HERE TO SEE HOW WE DID THEM, SO TO SAY WE DID THEM WRONG IS NOT TRUTHFUL EITHER. WITHOUT PULLING THE HEADS WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IF VALVES WERE BENT OR NOT. I OFFERED SEVERAL TIMES TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THE PROBLEM (AT NO CHARGE) BUT HE DECLINDED MY OFFER. WHEN HE HANDED ME THE $DOLLARS HE STATED HE DID NOT WANT A RECIEPTHIS WORDS WERE "TAKE THIS, LET ME HAVE MY VAN I DONT WANT A RECIEPT AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN"I WENT THROUGH AND ADDRESSED THESE ISSUES WITH MR *** FOR HOURS THAT DAYTO ME THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE VAN RAN NO DIFFERENT AFTER THE VALVE ADJUSTMENT THEN IT DID WHEN IT CAME IN, THEREFORE THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY DONE IN MY EYES

THIS IS IN REGARDS TO MR.[redacted].  MR [redacted] CAME IN AND SAID HE HAD A FRIEND THAT DID SOME WORK ON HIS VAN, HOWEVER THAT FRIEND NEVER ADJUSTED HIS VALVES OR SET THE TIMING. HE ASKED FOR A PRICE TO ADJUST THE VALVES & SET THE TIMING. I GAVE HIM A PRICE OF 300 TO ADJUST THE VALVES AND 150 TO...

ADJUST THE TIMING IF THE DISTRIBUTOR HAD TO BE REMOVED TO ADJUST AND 75 IF IT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REMOVED.  VAN CAME IN RUNNING BAD, WE ADJUSTED HIS VALVES AND SET THE TIMING. THE DISTRIBUTOR WAS OFF A TOOTH SO IT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED. AFTER THOSE ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE THE VAN RAN NO BETTER OR NO WORSE. THERE WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM SOMEWHERE. THAT IS WHEN I CALLED MR. [redacted] AND TOLD HIM THE VAN WAS NOT RUNNING ANY BETTER AND ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM.  AT THAT TIME MR. [redacted] SAID NO AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO COME DOWN HERE.  HE CAME DOWN AND I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT ADJUSTING THE VALVES &  TIMING DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM HE WAS HAVING.  AT THAT TIME MR. [redacted] WAS CUSSING AND SWEARING AT ME FOR 2 HOURS AND EVEN GOT TO THE POINT THAT HE SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF HIS COLOR. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, I ADVISED MR. [redacted] THAT I WOULD LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, HOWEVER MR. [redacted] DID NOT WANT THAT. I ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT HE DID NOT DRIVE THE VAN WHICH HE DROVE OUT OF HERE.  AS FAR AS MR. [redacted] COMPLAINT,  -HE SAYS WE RECOMMENDED REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT NEEDED, WE NEVER RECOMENDED ANY REPAIRS TO HIM ALL WE DID IS WHAT HE CAME IN AND ASKED US TO DO. -HE SAYS HE WAS CHARGED FOR REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT MADE. SINCE HE DID NOT PAY THE 450 HE WAS NOT CHARGED FOR REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT MADE. HE GAVE US $120 (WHICH DIDN'T EVEN COVER TIMING ADJUSTMENTS) AND SAID IF WE TAKE THAT WE WOULD NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. I ALREADY LISTENED TO THIS GUY CUSS, SWEAR AND DEGRADE ME FOR 2 HOURS I TOOK THE 120 AND MOVED ON. -THE NEXT WEEK WHEN HE CAME IN I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE, DO TO TAKING THE 120 HE OFFERED AND BEING TOLD I WOULD NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. HE STARTED GETTING LOUD AND ARGUMENTIVE, SO I GAVE THE CHOICE OF LEAVE OR I WAS CALLING THE POLICE. ALL THE VALVES WERE ADJUSTED TO SPEC. TIMING WAS SET TO SPEC. I FEEL AS IF I DID EVERYTHING AND OFFERED EVERYTHING TO MR [redacted] AS AN OPTION AND HE TURNED EVERY ONE DOWN.THANKS FOR YOUR TIME  BILL [redacted]
