Tom did not complete the project! When he finally came to repair my spa the finished color was no where near the picture I sent him. He promised to go to his office and send me color swatches and to make things right. I paid him $600.00 in good faith and that day was the the last day I had contact with him, I have called him everyday 2/3 times a day along with text messages every day for 2weeks. For the last 4 days his mail box was full and not accepting messages. I'm going to continue calling & texting.

Tri Star painted my tub and surrounding ceramic tile walls. When he vented his tube through my kitchen window, it allowed a powdery dust to spread around my kitchen and house (I live in a ranch). It covered my 20 month old daughter's things from utensils to toys. After speaking to the man and explaining why I was unhappy, he admitted there was a huge plume of dust in the house so he closed my bedroom doors and then tried to open my front door to get some out. He will not return my calls or texts or offer any type of partial refund. Find someone else.
