Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The dispute over my roof is that it is unrepairable and fixing it with the $that Farm Bureau sent me is not going to make it whole I have sent the inspection from *** Why would Farm Bureau want to put a bandaid on a non-repairable roof My father was a quality engineer and he taught me a lot about the politics of insurance companies To be clear, I am holding Farm Bureau accountable not *** The comment of FB leaving it up to [redacted] to address my slanderous comments was humorous to say the least Spoken defamation is slander and you do not have to prove slander to collect damages On the other hand, Libel is written defamation which you have to prove it is and harmed your reputation So I feel it is time for Farm Bureau to prove their character I am currently in arbitration but no one can agree on a 3rd arbitrator so we are dead locked with no help from FB I have the option to find a judge to appoint a 3rd arbitrator but then I am responsible for attorney fees and related costs...REALLY I have had roofers look at my roof and they have all told me it needs to be replaced...all except Farm Bureau Now Jill K [redacted] is ignoring me because she claims she is out of the loop I still feel that Farm Bureau is in collusion with [redacted] and others and it is time for them to prove it Sincerely, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] statements made on the part of aerocharger, the turbo unit needed rebuilding due to the exhaust breaking and pieces falling into turbo causing damages internally to turbo, after an inspection of metal used for exhaust it was found to be poorly made and quality is not that of usa made product but possibly china.mechanical work preformed will be added in lawsuit in the amount of 8,and matter will be taken up with my legal advisor and let the court decide on matter, the product is cheap and does not stand up to standards, units were replaced and head pipes if warranty if year I should from time of replacement have months left, however due to the fact that aerocharger still claims fame for a faulty and cheaply made product in which they do get top dollar for I have sworn statements from mechanic who preformed work and supporting documentation of what metal was tested for, which is not in aerochargers favor for quality of product.I will forward any supporting documents to bbb if needed and if my attorney agrees.thank you for all your assistance

Ms***,
In response to Ms***’s current concerns, I am in the process of forwarding the proper copies of the claims files to Ms***She requested them just yesterday afternoon and it takes a little time to copy and forward them to herThere is no discrepancy in the claims numbers*** is the correct number for the hail claim, *** is the correct number for the wind claimBoth claims were reported at the same time and that resulted in similar numbers most of our claim numbers end in “01” so sometimes correspondence is sent out in error using the wrong suffixIn this case the claim we are arbitrating is the “02” wind damage claim. We are currently in the same arbitration process as we have been in for the last couple of monthsWe have retained *** *** of the law firm ***, *** & *** to represent Farm Bureau in this matterHe has an associate *** *** who has attempted to contact Ms*** to co-ordinate the process and work out a mutually agreeable judgeThe choice of an impartial judge has not yet been completedYesterday, Ms***, by email asked if I could meet with her to try and come to some agreement to resolve the caseI responded by asking what she felt would be a mutually acceptable resolution, but if we could not agree to a resolution then arbitration is still the proper way to resolve the dispute
In summation, I am in the process of obtaining copies of both claim files for Ms*** to reviewI believe I have explained the problems with confusion in the claim numbersThe arbitration process is ongoing and no different than what is outlined in the policy contractI simply responded to her request to meet and try to resolve the matter outside of arbitration, this was at her request and in an attempt to ease the process for all parties I indicated I would meet with her, but it would not pre-empt the contractual arbitration process if we could not work thing out face to faceI hope this clarifies our position and responds to Ms***’s current concerns

a September5, 2013 hail storm. This predated the ownership of the house by Ms. [redacted] whopurchased the home in November 2014. Due to the occurrence taking place prior to theownership of the home and the effective date of the policy the damage due to hail wasdenied.A companion claim of [redacted] was turned in for wind damage for adate of loss of January 15, 2015. The roof was inspected for wind damage on the samedate by Jill K[redacted] and Teresa D[redacted]. Eight shingles were noted to be missing ordamaged due to wind. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The dispute over my roof is that it is unrepairable and fixing it with the $180.00 that Farm Bureau sent me is not going to make it whole.  I have sent the inspection from [redacted].  Why would Farm Bureau want to put a bandaid on a non-repairable roof.  My father was a quality engineer and he taught me a lot about the politics of insurance companies.  To be clear, I am holding Farm Bureau accountable not [redacted].  The comment of FB leaving it up to [redacted] to address my slanderous comments was humorous to say the least.  Spoken defamation is slander and you do not have to prove slander to collect damages.  On the other hand, Libel is written defamation which you have to prove it is false and harmed your reputation.  So I feel it is time for Farm Bureau to prove their character.
I am currently in arbitration but no one can agree on a 3rd arbitrator so we are dead locked with no help from FB.  I have the option to find a judge to appoint a 3rd arbitrator but then I am responsible for attorney fees and related costs...REALLY  I have had 6 roofers look at my roof and they have all told me it needs to be replaced...all except Farm Bureau.  Now Jill K[redacted] is ignoring me because she claims she is out of the loop.  I still feel that Farm Bureau is in collusion with [redacted] and others and it is time for them to prove it
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Just wanted to update you on this issue.
On Sept. 19- I emailed Steve J[redacted] asking again to meet and come to a mutually acceptable resolution..Have never heard back from him.
On Sept.21st- I got some roofers to see if they could just do the repairs and they all said it was unrepairable.  Emailed Steve again to tell him that and to withdraw from arbitration and asking for a compromise.
On Sept. 20th- I asked [redacted]ert [redacted] for hard copies of the claims records.  Received them on the 26th.  He emailed me on Sept. 22nd, still pressuring me on my selection of 1st arbitrator.
On Sept. 23rd- I emailed [redacted]ert [redacted] and told him what I told Steve J[redacted] on the 19th and 21st and told him I was withdrawing due to the fact I have to pay over $7,000 for a new roof.
On Sept. 27th- I emailed Steve J[redacted] again and asked why I haven't heard back from him and asked him why my One Drive was edited changing a roof estimate I had 2 years ago to yesterday's date.
Today Sept.28th- I am installing a new roof and trying to come up with the money to pay for it...
My biggest complaint is that Farm Bureau was willing to pay over $1,500 for [redacted] to come inspect the roof and for them to get their attorneys involved for who knows how much money.  They would rather pay the money to everyone except their clients.
