My complaint mirrors the other customer's experience from noted on this site Ordered items from Farm Equipment Supply on April The website looked legit, their Facebook page while somewhat sparse had recent activity, and I received an e-mail confirmation of my order with a "check status" button link My first indication of a problem was that my Mastercard was immediately charged for the full amount of the order Checking the status indicated no changes other than the order was received and being prepped to ship After weeks tried e-mailing with no reply Tried their site "contact us" messaging with no reply The listed phone number was no longer in service Searching the web found an alternate number and left a voicemail which was never answered Gave up and disputed the transaction with my bank and received a credit for the full amount Not sure if these folks are scammers or just inept at running an internet based business

My complaint mirrors the other customer's experience from 2014 noted on this site. Ordered items from Farm Equipment Supply on 25 April 2016. The website looked legit, their Facebook page while somewhat sparse had recent activity, and I received an e-mail confirmation of my order with a "check status" button link. My first indication of a problem was that my Mastercard was immediately charged for the full amount of the order. Checking the status indicated no changes other than the order was received and being prepped to ship. After 3 weeks tried e-mailing with no reply. Tried their site "contact us" messaging with no reply. The listed phone number was no longer in service. Searching the web found an alternate number and left a voicemail which was never answered. Gave up and disputed the transaction with my bank and received a credit for the full amount. Not sure if these folks are scammers or just inept at running an internet based business.

Review: On 6/29/14 I placed an online order with FarmEquipmentSupply.com for $73.64 and my bank account was charged on 6/30/14 and received an e-mail confirmation. As of 7/30/14 I had not received the item I had been charged for. I checked the status of the order online and it stated "Awaiting Fulfillment." I then called the phone number provided and only got an answering machine. I left my name and phone number and requested that my order be cancelled and money refunded. After 1 week I still have not received a refund or call back so I called again around 9:30 am. I again got the answering machine. I have contacted them 4 more times over the last 2 weeks and left request for refund and my name,number, order number with no response. It is now 7/18/14 and I still have not received the order or the refund. I do not need the item now and only want my $73.64 refunded.Desired Settlement: $73.64 for order number [redacted] refunded to my bank account.
