Review: On April, 3rd 2013 I purchased a Gun Holster on the companys Web site and received confirmation of the Order and that to allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. Then on 12 Apr 13 I received notification that payment was made for the item. I waited the required time period but still had not received my purchase. I sent an email on May 17, 2013 to the company using the customer service email address that was provided on the web site. I did not receive any reply or feedback on my purchase, so I found the companies phone number and then proceeded to call them. I tried numerous times to contact them but only received an answering machine, so I let my name and contact number and what I was calling about. Still no reply from company. I then sent another email on June 18, 2013, still no answer from company. Since I did not receive a reply from my email I then started calling them every day with no luck, only getting answers machine again.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the item I ordered within a reasonable time. If not I would like to be refunded my payment.
