direct contact from Heather. I still do not have a clear understanding of my options at this point . I have several witnessess that live in chestwick as of right now and  can vouch that chestwick village has not had steady maintenance in almost 7 months . I've called numerous times about my bathroom flooding downstairs and the toilet does not work. My garbage disposer had not worked in almost a month causing me to have to refrain to one side of my sink . My electric bill is $400 this month due to the heat not working properly and me having to set it at 90 degrees and temperature is not going above 66 in my apartment . I also have several work orders for that matter and when maintenance was available Tim came out several times and nothing was ever resolved. When I called the last work order in on 1/5/18 Chrissy at the front desk apologized about not getting it fixed right away due to them not having any maintenance men and were trying to get people from other properties to come to chestwick to help out with work orders . As many problems I have had with chestwick and maintenance  issues I don't feel that I should have to extend my lease any further than 01/31/2018

Cheswick Village requires a 60-day notice to vacate which [redacted] gave stating she would move out end of her lease which was 11/8/2016. Within the 60 days we leased her unit and the future resident has to move In before the end of the month due to their needs. On 11/2 [redacted] dropped a letter...

off in the drop box with a full month rent payment without discussing her options with the office. In her letter she stated she would move out at the end of the month. By protocol we processed her rent as we do with all checks received in the drop box. We called the future resident to see if they would be willing to move their move In date or consider a different unit. Unfortunately, [redacted]'s unit was the only one available of that unit type so we didn't have a choice but to keep the future resident on that unit and inform [redacted] she would have to move out at her lease end date of 11/8. We received keys on the  h and are currently in the process of doing her final account statement. By law we have 45 days to complete this and send her statement out. At that time if there is any money due including the pre­ payment that she made on her account it would be mailed back to the provided forwarding address. If there wasn't an address left it will be sent to her apartment her a nd forwarded on if a forwarded address was given to the usps.   I do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused, Sarah H[redacted] Cheswick Village Apartments Raco Real Estate

The apartment complex nor has Heather A[redacted] contacted me regarding my complaint. I am still awaiting a response as to what are my options seeing my lease ended on January 31, 2018. I am still left in the cold on this situation.
