We received your correspondence regarding Complaint ID: ***Our records agree that our customer service team received a phone call regarding and a change of address request, which was completed in our weekly update on February 9, Our customer service representative (CSR) immediately
processed the request for a replacement copy, which generated the "out of stock" postcard being mailed, prior to the address correction . Due to an oversight, the CSR did not notice that the Mar/Apr mail files had already selected on 01/26/, and the issue would mail to the original addressWhen the customer informed us that she did not receive the Mar/Apr issue the CSR requested a replacement copy, however, when our inventor y is depleted, then a postcard was generated and her account was extended accordingly The May/June issue mailed April 20,and should be arriving any day, if it has not alreadyWe have extended her account for all missed issues, and I am sending her the missed copies with the enclosed letter Should you or anybody at Revdex.com offices have any further questions or concerns , please feel free to contact me directly.Sincerely,Susan H***
