rush when he came back the assistant manager apologize because he is a regular guest he was using profanity at the counter even that BRANDI the assistant apologize& said I will pay for any lunch you pick then he said I want my money back she said ok yet she said she will call to clear cash out of register they don't have delete buttom but he said give me the number she gave my card he called me from the parking lot isaid sorry go back they will give the money& feed you on us but he never came in which I called BRANDI& TOLD HER TO REFUND THE MONEY& BUY HIM LUNCH .Sorry for the misunderstanding we do value all our guests& appreciate there business , my offer for the guest is still on if he would like to call me. THANKYOU FOR THE HELP

(1) There was no profanity by either party at the register.
(2) The register receipt clearly states no cheese, so therefore the explanation it was rung up incorrectly is not accurate.
(3) Manager stated that she could not give a refund and I would have to contact the regional manager to discuss a refund. And she provided the card.
(4) I never spoke with the regional manager from the parking lot or anywhere else. Only left a phone message. My call was placed from my work office 15 minutes after the incident, not the parking lot.
(5) I do not want a free meal, nor intend on eating at the establishment again. I solely want my money back. And I would prefer a check mailed to me as I do not wish to have to go the establishment again.
(6) I do not appreciate the lies propagated above and if they do not provide me with the refund requested, and this case is closed by the Revdex.com I will then have no alternative but to contact corporate headquarters.
