I purchased an insurance policy on June 29, However I cancelled the policy on July 19, I paid the entire $premium upfrontThe company has yet to issue the refundI have sent numerous e mails regarding this matter and it is apparent they have no intention of sending the remaining balance of my policyI have emails of promises to send the refund and have spoken with several cus***er service agents regarding this matter but have yet resolve this issue
