Terrible. The job they have done at Orchard House in Victoria, BC has been one of the worst managed jobs I have ever seen. Entry in to my suite with no notice despite promises by the company owner of a 24 notice posting to my door and missed deadlines of at least 2 months. I have tried to work with the new owner but he obviously doesn't care about the residents of the building despite his words. They will tell you that they take your concerns seriously and will take action but do nothing and then push the problem on to building manager. Beware if a Farmer construction team comes to your building to work its not the well run well respected company of the past.
