Farmer Juan Landscaping

This man is untrustworthy and unreliable. He doesn't show up for weeks on end , and when you call him on it , he back peddles. He will promise to come to your property the next day , then never show up . We were on a 2 week rotation supposedly with his crew ,it's now been 7 weeks and 2 hoa letters , and still no farmer [redacted] . Wound up having to do all my own yard work no thanks to him . The sad part is , they do really nice work WHEN THEY DO SHOW UP . Exstemely unreliable , will lie right to your face and say they will be there to morrow , and never show up . So if you live
