car was at another Garage how can she say that we are responsible for the missing lock. It has been over two years since her car has been at my garage and I understand that she was out of the country for some of this time, but two years later is not a reasonable amount of time to complain about something of this matter especially since the car was at another garage in that time frame.

Yes, my [redacted] was at another garage after that. However, another place is [redacted]. They have their master keys for [redacted] vehicle and they never use customer's lock key ( not only for my vehicle, but also for other customers' [redacted] vehicles. ) Therefore the key was lost at Guy's garage without any double. Though it was two years pass, I just noticed this problem. This claim is based on the fact that the key was lost at Guy's garage. Timeliness should not be an excuse for Guys not taking responsible for this.
