Review: I always weigh my recycling because I have been ripped off before,I had 10.7 pounds of cans.The guy wouldn't let me see the scale and when he gave me the paper it said 6 pounds even.he stright ripped me off,should I call the police?

These claims are completely unfounded. The scales we use are constantly calibrated and certified by the California Department of Weight and Measurements. Our scale faces the customer at all times. We will always answer any questions and explain the process as to how we came up with the refund dollar amount.

It is hard to understand that anyone would cash their refund vouture knowing it was short of the money amount they were supposed to receive. This business is ran strictly by the books with customer service satisfaction our main goal. Which is why in our 22 years of business this is the first negative complaint filed against us with the Revdex.com.
