First, to immediately address the settlement of this matter, please be advised of the following; This customers hardware is scheduled to be deployed at our facility for hosting withing hoursGiga Watt, Incis a facility in East Wenatchee, WA that hosts cryptocurrency mining hardware that
is purchased from our affiliate and/or shipped from customers directly to our facilityAn ICO for WTT tokens was launched to provide the funding to build out both structures and power to provide these servicesThe White Paper for this venture specifically addresses numerous potential events and circumstances that could cause delays to the estimated timelineThe White Paper is a document available to the public onlineThis customer did not purchase all of their WTT tokens at the same time but in fact in separate batchesGiga Watt made a formal announcement regarding the delay in issuing Batch numbers and of said tokensThe overwhelming majority of tokens purchased by this customer were from Batch Token issuance correlates to power build out, as referenced in the White Paper, which was the reason for the delaySince the announcement was made, Batch tokens have been issued and Batch remains to be issued at this timeUnfortunately, there have been many factors beyond Giga Watt’s control in the past several monthsGiga Watt created a timeline that is available online to the public, that is updated regularly, which sets forth the necessary milestones associated with the construction, inspections, etc, relative to the completion of the projectThese have included numerous government inspections, delays in the delivery of power equipment and transformers due to recent hurricanes, month long connection delays by the PUD (Power Utility Department), delayed delivery of miners from the manufacturer, building inspectors insisting on UL certified Power Supply Units (PSU), something that the manufacturer provided PSUs did not includeWe would like to address specific claims from the customers narrativeThey claimed that they purchased hardware from our "sister site" (https://cryptonomous.com)Cryptonomos sells tokens for ICO launches and has nothing to do with the sales of mining hardwareGiga Watt has made no "promises" with regard to dates for hosting services as these are all subject to construction and power build out, therefore, we have never been able to provide exact datesThe customer also notes that he is required to have a "hosting contract"This is not accurate and this information has not been provided to said customerGiga Watt provides numerous avenues in which to acquire information, all available to the publicAlthough we understand this customer may be frustrated in the additional time it is taking to host his equipment with us, Giga Watt has not given his product to someone else as he has allegedHis equipment is housed at our facility in the original manufacturers shipping box pending deployment into our facility.
