I payed farmer home furniture and they knew I moved from 3*** appointment A *** I came and made payment on my account. And it came and just took my furniture and who I made payments and they knew I made payments an the payments is January February March April May June July with my last payment due July first $61 would have been my last payment they knew I had insurance on that furniture to and I knew I was moving April move my stuff in my new house from the storage building and I came in and made a payment in April first I came in 2 weeks later April 31st and pay remaining balance for April and I paid up for May June and I paid $300 cash and I sign electronic signature the last payment would have been July for $61 and return of my loveseat and sofa

Mr. originally opened his account on 08/01/2018. His payments were $67 monthly starting September 2018. He paid $159 cash on 10/05/2018 and $42 cash on 12/22/2018. He added onto this account on 12/22/2018. His payments were $88 monthly starting on 02/01/2019. Mr. made one cash payment of $100 on April 2019. Mr. was 3 payments past due on 05/01/2019. Mr. refused to pay his past due balance and said he was moving. We informed him that we would need to pick up our merchandise if he refused to pay. We scheduled an appointment for repossession on 05/23/2019. Mr. let us pick up our merchandise and signed our repo waiver document. He called the following month and claimed he had paid for his merchandise, he had receipts and wanted it to be returned. We told him we would be more than happy to investigate further if he would bring us receipts confirming this. Mr. has not produced any receipts. In response to the electronic signature, we do not and have never had that capability at our store.
