Greetings, This does not satisfy my complaint and Farmers has not addressed my concern. They have sent me this info before and not again addressing the issue at hand. Again the concern is being charged $146 difference for less than a 2 week period from which one policy was cancelled. This is very concerning as the discount removed was within 2 weeks of canceling my policy completely as I was told I was receiving the $146.21 and now am not. Furthermore as I've explained the "discount" being removed caused me to pay for the entire previous time I had this policy which is concerning that 1) a business is allowed to operate in this way, 2) the statement stating and verbal response from [redacted] that I would receive the amounted expected back, 3) and finally this doesn't even bring up the numerous communication problems that occurred between [redacted] and her underwriters. To clarify, [redacted] would tell me one thing, then her underwriters would tell her something different and end my costs would be affected. I only asked what is generally fair due to all the problems and miscommunication which in the end, the customer, my family have been taken the brunt of Farmer's errors. If I had not cancelled within 2 weeks of leaving the company, then we wouldn't even be having this conversation. Thanks. ***Document Attached [redacted] This document shows that I'm being billed for an increase over 6 months. I didn't keep Farmers insurance past May 1, less than 2 months from what is on this statement, so at the very least I should be refunded 4 months of the $146.xx. $97.96 should be owed to my family at the bare minimum. Thank you Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 24, 2015/07/07) */ I respectfully submit that the Complainants claims are not valid. The calculations made by Mr. [redacted] are simply wrong. It is unfortunate that much time and expense has been expended to try to explain this to Mr. [redacted] with no convincing of the facts. While the calculations are complex, we can simplify them as follows to demonstrate that not only was Mr. [redacted] not charged the $146 he expects to be refunded but that he was over refunded by $23.66 which seems to have come out of the confusion that Mr. ***'s claims were causing to our billing department as well as a good faith gesture to appease the customer. While the calculations are off by a few cents due to rounding, one can clearly see that the amount that should have been charged for the days between March 23 and May 1 were actually reversed and refunded to Mr. ***.
