Although this claim is made against my agency, the original [redacted] was [redacted] , who left [redacted] Insurance to go to [redacted] My office was simply trying to service this policy As far as the complaints class="M***ormal"> Complaint: My ***s truck was added to my policy without my permission: Answer: This policy is a joint policy with her *** He added the truck and her permission was not needed We gave him a quote on Jan 22, and he added the vehicle on Feb 9, and then removed the older truck On Mar 17, the [redacted] called with billing questions, which were answered and resolved without any questions The [redacted] then suggested we call his mother and explain to her We called her, no answer and we left a voice mail Desired outcome: I would like the overpayment taken by auto debit to be returned to me and receive an explanation: Answer: ON MARCH 17, WE CALLED HER AT 3:42PM EST SHE DID NOT ANSWER AND WE LEFT A VOICE MAIL That was the end of our conversation with this customer On May 21, we received a call from [redacted] ’s [redacted] office saying that they had started a new policy for [redacted] (a clear violation of a non compete clause, which is a different matter) We canceled the policy as requested on 5-26-and processed the refund of $on 6-4- Everything that I have stated is time stamped via electronic submission The original [redacted] and the American Family are one in the same and this complaint against my agency as no merit whatsoever Please confirm receipt and resolution
