Farmers Insurance - Brian Mack

We moved across town in May and needed to update our address and adjust the vehicles listed on our policyI first called the 1-number on May 19th as we were informed our agent had left the company (through a personal letter from him, as Farmers had NO idea he was no longer with the company and even kept trying to refer me back to himalthough his agent website had been deactivated)The agent from the 1-number did not properly update our address or remove the second car from our policyIt wasn't until ~months later that the address was updated, and I had noticed that the price was increased without informing usThe policy was still wrong as the update to renter's covered too much and the other car was also still listed (and of course, being paid for)After our beloved agent left Farmers, we were tossed on someone I've never met or talked to - and we had since moved 200+ miles from the area, so I'm not sure why we were placed with an agent in Orange instead of Austi
