My Agency received a demand for Insurance from Chase Bank in order to insure the property owned by Mr***We did provide this coverage as requestedWhen Mr***
contacted my office about why we had provided this coverage I explained the reason why and that we would be glad to cancel this policy if he would provide us with a letter requesting this cancellation and he did do so
After receiving this complaint I did verify in the farmers Insurance system that the policy had been canceled back to the inception date of 4/27/and that no money is due on this account
I believe this matter has been resolved at this time
