Farmers Insurance - John Tiffany

Review: I requested [redacted] to add my girlfriend [redacted] to my policy for auto insurance and it has never happened. Come to find out all of the vehicles that have been her "main" driver have been under me. She was never added to the policy like I requested. The most recent event was when I tried to get her 2004 ford focus se added to the policy last year it never was done. On top of all of it the address they have on file for my renters insurance is wrong and has been wrong since Nov. 1. Im not sure why this has happened but it has. They will not do anything about it. All they can do is say were sorry there is nothing we can do. I have been trying to get in touch with [redacted] That does not help the fact that if anything would have happened to my domicile or my girlfriends vehicle Farmers would not have covered it! She has a no insurance ticket (no other ticket was issued) for $550 that we will have to pay. Were we thought we would just need to get another card we found out she was not insured at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the months of insurance for my renters policy that were wrong. The address just got updated today after I called the corporate office. Nov. 1 to present (today). Pay $550 ticket that she received due to not being insured.
