Was charged a reconnection fee on my account even though my services were never disconnected. Why am I getting billed for something that was never done?

We are giving a one-time credit that should show on next month's bill. In the future, please contact FTC if extension is needed on past due payment. While service was not disconnected, it was scheduled for suspension.
