Farmersville Overhead Door

The following is based on my experience and my opinion.
On or about February 24, 2016, Farmerville Overhead door was contracted to install two garage doors on a medal building being constructed on my property.
I was introduced to the owner by the Contractor of the medal building. A price was quoted and accepted without any issues. Cost of the project $3765.
The doors were professionally installed while I was out of town on business. Upon my return in March / April I had to work to install electrical service to the building to be able to use the Electric garage door opener on the front Garage door Farmersville Overhead door installed. In the mean time I tried to utilize the rear door which was not purchased with an opener and you simply pushed the door to the raised position and when you are ready you pull it back closed.
The problem with the rear door is no matter how hard you push the door to the raised position it always comes back to 50/75 percent closed. I am 6'3" and have to duck to pass [redacted] the door. I was able to brace the door open enough using a long 2x4 and continue with the electrical installation. I contacted the owner of Farmersville overhead Door about my issue and was informed he was busy with installations and repairs due to the recent storm activity and that he would try to get to me soon.

I called a few weeks later to check on the progress and when I could expect a visit and warranty service. I was told that he was still busy and at least I still had a door even if it did not work properly others did not even have that.

I called last Friday May 20, 2016 and discussed with the owner where I might be on the list and he expressed regret that I was still on the list. He said he would be out this next week to service my garage door. However since it has been so long since this process started I informed him his services were no longer desired as I would seek professional service elsewhere.

As I am not willing to work with Farmersville Overhead door any further to reach a resolution. I feel at this time if he were given the opportunity to come to my property the service provided would not be the best possible and therefore I will hire another contractor to make the necessary repairs.
