I think I’ve been hadI swore I would never again order anything advertised on Facebook, but I did it again. They looked legitimate, they looked Canadian, but once you order, you find the product is coming from China. Very deliberate subterfuge, that they later present as somehow virtuous. They stated up front that orders take as long as 30-35 days ‘because of the pandemic’. A couple of weeks down the road, they then say their orders “typically” take 30-35 days (as in pre-COVID), but NOW take “40-45 days”. They say - again the pandemic - that DHL “wrote them” to say the tracking numbers are “glitchy” but that they will be fixed “in a few days”. That was weeks ago, my tracking number has never worked, and DHL tells me to contact the company. They brag about being this cozy little struggling family business - charming pictures and all - but also claim to sell 70,000 bags per year. I get seemingly-personal (addressed in the body of the mailing, to my first name) on a nearly daily basis, trying to get me to buy another bag, and offering the same discount on the same - supposedly dwindling - “old” stock, for 7 weeks now. The “updates” are vague, and sent to everyone, buried in the body of their non-stop sales promos.
The updates heap praise upon the supposed majority-percentage of patient, non-complaining/saintly customers, while it is implied that those straggling few of us who do question or complain, are just their sad cross to bear.
Even if I do eventually get the bag, and even if it’s everything I dream of, I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. At worst, they are thieves, at best they are shameless, deceitful manipulators with sorry Customer Service.

Still waiting..No updates. Sham now they cut off usps tracking and have not refunded!Paid 5/15..they said shipped 5 days later..now today, still no bag. Contacted them 5x..they send automated response.Requested refund via Paypal..now, they cut off tracking link, I still have no refund..or bag and I cannot comment on their social media pages..Not good service..they keep blaming Covid

Beware of the Crap being shoveledWife ordered a farmhouse purse 3 1/2 months ago they keep blaming COVID-19 and shipping problems for lack of deliveries first of all should not be selling product they don’t have their hands on if it’s still in China you can’t sell something you don’t own secondly yes we have a retail establishment and sell clothing across the United States there is nothing wrong with any shipping that we know of we careful we cannot get our money back I would not buy anything from this company and would suggest finding something else to spend your money on
First thing is I assumed I was ordering from a Canadian company with Canadian productsCome to find out they get there hand bags from China
