Replaced wallet
I purchased a wallet in July 2023 from Farmhouse, and several other zippered-shouldered bags. The stitching became loose on the wallet like a tear...and I reached out to Danae by email and without issue she sent me a replacement wallet. I love this company and will continue to purchase items through them. They make the perfect homemaker gifts and they are so different. You won't find items anything like them in department stores

NO RETURN POLICY
Farmhouse is My Style will not allow you to return a bag for a refund. They do not take any merchandise back. They use the excuse "we are a small family company" as the excuse for not returning anything. Not acceptable, especially when your first time holding and feeling the bag is when you receive it. I would not do business with this company.

Broken zippers
I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company that actually made the merchandise. I come to find out they're made in China! Both bags I ordered had broken inside zippers! I'm glad I only paid $30 a bag. Definitely not worth the $75 they claim is the normal price! Will steer friends clear of this company. If I could I would give zero stars.

Buyer Beware
This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave... but was the only way to submit the review.
I saw this companies Facebook page in 2019 and placed an order for 2 purses but never got either one. When I emailed them to check on the order I received generic reply emails. as well as emails about their "new" promotions to order more purses. After months of sending emails and not getting anywhere with them, I finally contacted Paypal to get them involved. I did get my refund from Paypal a couple months later.
NOW This company has a new Facebook page (Farmhouse Life) but still using the website Farmhouseismystyle.com. Hopefully, anyone seeing these purses will check reviews on the company before ordering... the reviews I've seen so far are no better than before.

50/50
I orered two bags on May 2nd and I am still waiting for them. I have sent SEVERAL emails and have gotten the usual "bless you" reply. I ordered a third bag AFTER this order and I recieved it the very quickly. I like the bag, but the service is terrible. They came to my attention on FB, and I finally "commented" on a recent ad. I think that is what lite the fire, I have been receiving tracking updates and it seems like the bags have FINALLY left Chicago. They are in PA, but who knows how long it will take for them to make it to CT.

Finally arrived.
I waited months for this bag to arrive from China. I had paid for it thru PayPal and finally went to PayPal with my complaint. PayPal contacted the sellers and in a matter of weeks I had my bag. The bag was shipped apparently from Chicago ? Emails from sellers kept saying it was a shipping problem from China due to the Covid. Bags are well made but I would not order from these sellers again.

Never received my purse
Ordered end of May and have never received my order. Emailed them and was told they would get back to me in 72 hours. Never did. Emailed again but no response this time. Do not Order from the them. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

If I could give a -100 stars I would
I can't add anything that all the others before me haven't already said. This company sucks. They are basically stealing from people. No refunds and no products being delivered. Place my order May 16. Next time I order anything online I will check all information on this site first.

I think I’ve been had
I swore I would never again order anything advertised on Facebook, but I did it again. They looked legitimate, they looked Canadian, but once you order, you find the product is coming from China. Very deliberate subterfuge, that they later present as somehow virtuous. They stated up front that orders take as long as 30-35 days ‘because of the pandemic’. A couple of weeks down the road, they then say their orders “typically” take 30-35 days (as in pre-COVID), but NOW take “40-45 days”. They say - again the pandemic - that DHL “wrote them” to say the tracking numbers are “glitchy” but that they will be fixed “in a few days”. That was weeks ago, my tracking number has never worked, and DHL tells me to contact the company. They brag about being this cozy little struggling family business - charming pictures and all - but also claim to sell 70,000 bags per year. I get seemingly-personal (addressed in the body of the mailing, to my first name) on a nearly daily basis, trying to get me to buy another bag, and offering the same discount on the same - supposedly dwindling - “old” stock, for 7 weeks now. The “updates” are vague, and sent to everyone, buried in the body of their non-stop sales promos.
The updates heap praise upon the supposed majority-percentage of patient, non-complaining/saintly customers, while it is implied that those straggling few of us who do question or complain, are just their sad cross to bear.
Even if I do eventually get the bag, and even if it’s everything I dream of, I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. At worst, they are thieves, at best they are shameless, deceitful manipulators with sorry Customer Service.

Still waiting
Placed order on May 20 and still haven't received it. Ridiculous

Still waiting..No updates. Sham now they cut off usps tracking and have not refunded!
Paid 5/15..they said shipped 5 days later..now today, still no bag. Contacted them 5x..they send automated response.Requested refund via Paypal..now, they cut off tracking link, I still have no refund..or bag and I cannot comment on their social media pages..Not good service..they keep blaming Covid

Beware of the Crap being shoveled
Wife ordered a farmhouse purse 3 1/2 months ago they keep blaming COVID-19 and shipping problems for lack of deliveries first of all should not be selling product they don’t have their hands on if it’s still in China you can’t sell something you don’t own secondly yes we have a retail establishment and sell clothing across the United States there is nothing wrong with any shipping that we know of we careful we cannot get our money back I would not buy anything from this company and would suggest finding something else to spend your money on

Ordered product before Thanksgiving and have not received

First thing is I assumed I was ordering from a Canadian company with Canadian productsCome to find out they get there hand bags from China
The main issue is that I ordered hand bags and received oneI emailed their sales department to inform them of this and I got no responseI waited weeks and emailed them again about my issue and got no responseI sent them a message on *** today and got an auto response backIt has been since last November when I placed my order
