Review: I purchased a 6-pack of 24quart Milk Crates on 10/5/2014. On 10/7/2014 at 2:53pm ET, I got an email with tracking information and a shipping status of 'Shipped'. I followed up on 10/9/2014 at 5:35 with an email asking "Has the order shipped yet?". I got a response from [redacted] with a "Yes it has." I followed that up with a questioning if that was the correct tracking number as nothing was showing up with[redacted]. The response was that it was the correct number, but can take 24 hours to show up with[redacted]. After this follow up the tracking number appeared in [redacted] with an Initiated status, but has not been given to[redacted].It is now 10/16/2014 6:20pm ET and the [redacted] site still is stating that it is initiated, but not picked up.Desired Settlement: I will be working with the vendor to cancel my order and my credit card company to cancel the payment.
