Farmtune Diesel leaves vehicles, that they are under the possession of for service, UNLOCKED AND THE ALARMS DISABLED. Due to the error of FarmTune Diesel, our truck was stolen right off their property. The mechanic had no regard for the predicament this put our family under. Statistically, most thefts from a mechanic can be connected to an employee or someone familiar with the business. STAY AWAY FROM FARMTUNE DIESEL!
Kathleen, your truck was locked, in a 8' tall barb wire fence parking lot, with the keys to it locked in a lock box, in a locked building.
