until February 8th The camper in question had highly visible waterDamage on the outside of the camper which was resealed and was priced accordingly at the time of sale, also the customer was allowed to make payments over the winter to pay down the unitWe were not told of any problems with the unit until mid-July (five months later) at which point the owner of our dealership drove to the campground that the unit was at miles away and took care of the water leak that had developed over the summer at no cost to the customer, even after the customer had signed an AS IS agreement at the time of the sale (which is attached)We feel that we have done everything we can to resolve the customer's complaint but we believe that she is not being reasonable. The customer was offered for us to transport the fifth wheel back to our dealership and repair the damage at no cost to them but the customer declined because they did not want to have to move their deck. The offer still stands to have us repair the damaged corner(s) and transport at our expense even after being slandered on social media and lied about forging documents when if fact it was her husband who signed her name on that buyers guide and also a second document after she had left the office to talk to the service manager about a neighbor's camper that had problems with a sewer tank. I hope we can get this resolved in a peaceful manor.Joel L[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: If Farnsworth is going to fix all 4 corners of the camper at there expenses and it is done on site as the owner of Farnsworth said it could be. Then we will agree to have the work done. We are on a permanent site and it is not as easy as one thinks to move the deck. I will have to get permits to move the deck. I want to be present when the work is done. I am not going to go and sit at Farnsworth Camping Center every day and all day to make sure they do the repairs. As for the documents that Joel L[redacted] states now that my husband signed I find that hard to believe due to that is not even close to his writing. My husband is now livid over Joel L[redacted]  statement. The people who were with us was the one's who questioned another camper. If he wants this resolved in a peaceful manor. Then doing the repairs on site so that we can be there and see the repairs being done is the way to resolve this in a peaceful manor. I will continue to keep the public up to date on this matter. Joel L[redacted] lie right to our faces and told us there was no water damage and that the camper was maintained at there store. However that was not the Case according to the owner of Farnsworth Camping center. Once the repairs are completed on site I have no problem informing the public of the repairs.
