Carson Street Commons is a place to avoid
They operate with deceptive practices and dishonesty. Do not put yourself in a position to be victimized by this organization. The property manager, David Johns sets the standard for arrogance and poor customer service

Review: The Allegheny Center Apartments keeps messing around with me on rent. The day my roommate and I signed our lease papers, the leasing office ladies told us that our checks had cleared and we were ready to move in. A few weeks ago, the leasing manager contacted my roommate and said that both checks had bounced after not telling us for two months. And also that we owe all that back rent. About a month ago, I got very ill with Mono and had to miss a week of work. So, in order to get caught up on rent, I gave Allegheny Apartments my whole paycheck each time I got paid. Now they're telling us that we owe all this money or we will be evicted. I also have the disability of Lupus. My paychecks are very precious and I don't have money to waste. How can this be happening, if we were told differently by the ladies that run the leasing office? Do they not communicate with one another? I don't appreciate getting walked all over. Please help. Thank you. Desired Settlement: I would like someone to please talk to Allegheny Center Apartments to resolve this matter, because I didn't do anything wrong and I also have nowhere else to live. Please help. Thank you.
