Review: On Saturday December the 21st I went to Batteries Plus in [redacted] PA, to get a battery for my sons razor pocket rocket for Christmas. We spoke to a guy that said he could put the new battery in for us instead of just buying it to put in ourselves. My mom and I agreed and the guy and I walked out to my car to get it out of my trunk. I showed him where to turn it on and showed him that you had to rotate the handle to make it run. He said that it would take him a little while to replace the battery so we decided to go away for awhile while he changed the battery. We arrived back awhile later and the guy told us that he didn't know why but the bike was not working now. He said I don't understand I hooked all the wires up the right way. I said to him what do you mean its not running it was when I brought it in. He said I know I had it running after you left then once I hooked the new battery up it wouldn't start. I replied, so now what this is my sons Christmas present. He kept saying I'm very sorry I don't know what else to do I tried everything. He asked if he could keep it overnight an work on it the next day since Sundays were slow for them. I agreed hoping he'd get it fixed. When we returned the next day he didn't have it fixed he said he did everything he could but could not figure out why it wouldn't run. I said so now what? He responded I'm sorry there is nothing else I can do. I was very upset. He said would you like me to put the old battery back in an put it back together before you leave? I said yes an waited out in my car with my trunk open until he brought it out. He brought it out a little while later an put it in my trunk. He came up to my window an again apologized. After I returned home I went to my car to bring it in my house, I then seen that he did not put it back together nor did he give my old batteries back. It had a bunch of wires hanging out from where the batteries were supposed to be. So I had to give my son something that wasn't running for Christmas. Around the beginning of January I contacted the store owner about the problem I had at his store. He told me to write a certified letter to him telling about the issue I had. Two weeks later after I sent the letter I contacted him to see if he received it. He said yes but he didn't get a chance to look at it yet. Now its been almost three weeks, I been trying to call him numerous times an leaving messages but no one gets back to me.Desired Settlement: I think the store should replace my sons razor pocket rocket, since the one I had they damaged.
